Current demand and market value for timberland and recreational property are as high as we’ve seen in over 15 years. In 2021, we sold 85,000 acres and 2022 is off to an even better start: in the first two quarters alone, we have 100,000 acres of sales closed or pending. With all hands on deck, we continue to capitalize on the market’s strong valuations for our sellers, while running far and wide to identify investment opportunities for our buyers.
Due to high sales volume, our inventory recently reached low levels, but we continue to bring new properties to the market weekly.
For buyers, we anticipate a steady stream of new listings throughout the balance of 2022. In addition to advertised properties, we also work to source “off market” opportunities for investors. If you’re in the market to purchase, we can notify you of unique properties that may not be advertised on our website or social media platforms.
For sellers, this unprecedented market presents an extraordinary opportunity. High demand, combined with limited inventory across the board, is encouraging strong sales prices.
Whether you are looking to buy or sell, we’re eager to help! Contact us by phone or email to discuss your goals and begin creating a strategy to achieve them.
