The Hayes Branch Retreat is a +/-186-acre property accessed from Forrest Hill Road in Hardeman County, Tennessee, between the small towns of Bolivar and Hornsby. This recreational tract is conveniently located approximately 30 miles south of Jackson (TN), 77 miles east of Memphis (TN), and 86 miles north of Tupelo (MS).
Stands of merchantable hardwood and pine timber span across +/-165 acres. Nearly 15 acres of fields run through the center of the property along Hayes Branch, and are accessible via an existing internal road system. Increased access is easily achievable by reclaiming woods roads or establishing new roads through the rolling forested acres.

Turkey and deer sign are prevalent throughout the property and the annual National Championship for Bird Dogs is held nearby at the historic Ames Plantation.
